No copays. No deductibles. No surprise bills. Just one flat monthly fee — and we publish it right here, because transparency is the whole point of Direct Primary Care.
Monthly membership by age

Family maximum: $450/month — no matter how big your crew, your family never pays more than the cap.
HSA/FSA eligible. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds may be used toward membership and our medically-directed services, including Nesting & Fourth Trimester packages. We're happy to provide documentation for your plan administrator.
