What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
DPC is a membership-based model of care. For one low monthly flat fee, you get longer, more relaxed visits, wholesale prices on medications and labs, and direct access to your board-certified physician — with no copays, deductibles, or booking fees. The costly middlemen (insurance companies, hospital systems) are essentially eliminated.
Do I need insurance to join?
No. Membership covers your primary care regardless of insurance status. If you don't have insurance, we do what we can to heavily discount labs, imaging, and medications. Many members pair DPC with a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for hospital-level events.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurance for membership care — that's what keeps pricing transparent and visits unhurried. On the rare occasion insurance is needed (for example, certain outside labs, imaging, or pathology), you'll know the cost before treatment.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Many families use HSA/FSA funds toward medically-directed services with us, including our Nesting and Fourth Trimester packages. Check with your plan administrator, and we're happy to provide documentation.
What ages do you see?
Everyone from 0 to 100+. Pediatric care covers birth through age 21, and our adult primary care serves parents, caregivers, and grandparents — truly whole-family medicine under one roof.
How quickly can I be seen?
Members enjoy unlimited same or next-day sick visits, and appointments within 24–48 hours (weekends and holidays excepted — though you may contact us anytime for advice and next steps). Appointment slots are a minimum of 30 minutes.
